Book excerpt: We answer the following question: Are neutrosophic-compactness and neutrosophic-countably compactness equivalent? Since every neutrosophic topology is neutrosophic-topology, we answer the question for neutrosophic topological spaces, more precisely, we give an example of neutrosophic topology which is neutrosophic countably compact but not neutrosophic compact.
