Biomimetic Microsensors Inspired by Marine Life

Book excerpt: This book narrates the development of various biomimetic microelectromechanical systems (MEMS) sensors, such as pressure, flow, acceleration, chemical, and tactile sensors, that are inspired by sensing phenomena that exist in marine life.
