Oak-gum-cypress is the predominant hardwood forest type. Volume of softwood growing stock totals 423 million cubic feet and volume of hardwood growing stock totals 34 million cubic feet. Net annual growth of growing stock averaged 9.2 million cubic feet. Net annual removals of growing stock averaged 13 million cubic feet.
