Managing Boundaries in Organizations

Book excerpt: Coping with boundaries is a persistent and potentially rewarding management challenge. Various approaches to understanding the nature of boundaries have drawn on various perspectives, however insights have yet to be drawn together in providing an understanding of boundaries that expands knowledge of management of the organization.
