To say I'm nervous about letting you into my ocean of vulnerability is an understatement, but I've gotten to know this fear quite well over the past few years, and now I know it must be worth it. I hope that through my words, you uncover pieces of yourself and send a few more drops of compassion and love to those parts that feel lost or unloved. I hope that by the last page, you too, get to see yourself with understanding, acceptance, and wonder.
