Book excerpt: Neither Garland nor Gary Hansen ever believed in ghosts. It is only during their investigation that they discover much more than they ever would have thought possible with an entity stronger than anything any of them had ever experienced. The evidence they gather during their investigation leaves no doubt that Shenandoah Lodge State Hospital is truly haunted.
