Book excerpt: Using data collected in the region of the[Upsilon](4S) resonance with the CLEO II detector operating at the Cornell Electron Storage Ring (CESR), they present the first observation of B mesons decaying into the charmed strange baryons[Xi][sub c][sup 0] and[Xi][sub c][sup+]. The authors find 79[+-] 27[Xi][sub c][sup 0] and 125[+-] 28[Xi][sub c][sup+] candidates from B decays, leading to product branching fractions of[Beta]([bar B][yields][Xi][sub c][sup 0]X)[Beta]([Xi][sub c][sup 0][yields][Xi][sup -][pi][sup+])= (0.144[+-] 0.048[+-] 0.021) x 10[sup -3] and[Beta]([bar B][yields][Xi][sub c][sup+]X)[Beta]([Xi][sub c][sup+][yields][Xi][sup -][pi][sup+][pi][sup+])= (0.453[+-] 0.096[sub -0.065][sup+0.085]) x 10[sup -3].
