They had 12 children. The family immigrated to America in 1819, settling in Philipsburg, Centre County, Pennsylvania. Joseph died there in Nov 1833 and Mary died in June 1837. Their descendants have lived in Pennsylvania, Ohio, New Jersey, Florida, California, and other areas in the United States.
