Multidisciplinary Management of Gastroesophageal Reflux Disease

Book excerpt: This book presents a new, multi- and interdisciplinary approach to gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) and Barrett’s esophagus that reflects the latest advances in understanding of the disease.
