She had started to fall asleep during the movie. She hadn't heard everything the reporter said; she just remembered hearing that residents should stay indoors when possible and that all schools would be closed until further notice! What awful news! Rhondi and her best friend, Sandy Squirrel, loved to walk to school together each day, and on the weekends, they loved to race on their bicycles. How could she race her best friend Sandy Squirrel if she had to stay indoors because of the Corny-by-us?!!
