Book Synopsis The Hope Deficit! by : Rev: James Morris ACS. Bch. M

Book excerpt: Refocus your attention on sharing God’s message with the world with the inspiring guidance in The Hope Deficit! In this book, the author proclaims that Jesus Christ, the son of God, is the only hope that is everlasting. He also explains the difference between true hope and false hope, revealing that hope is the very person of Christ residing within the disciple by faith. He also observes that the metamorphosis of evil continues to baffle the naïve. Humanity’s cry for hope is growing ever louder – but hope outside of Christ does not exist. The author considers questions such as: • How does trusting in the Lord and His holy word inspire hope? • Why does every human being need hope so much? • How can we find peace and rest? We must choose wisely who we believe and what we trust. Just as man’s choice to be gods knowing good and evil brought us this hopeless world of sin, death, and pain, man must now choose to believe that Jesus Christ God is the only way for mankind to be saved.
