Book excerpt: IEML is an artificial metalanguage that fulfills Leibniz’s dream by making semantics computable. It solves the semantic interoperability problem and can be used as the coordinate system of a new Hypercortex. The second volume of “The Semantic Sphere” gives an extensive account of IEML, which is the first language presenting simultaneously the following features : - It is a regular language and a group of transformations - Any IEML text can be transformed automatically into a semantic circuit including all the syntagmatic and paradigmatic networks representing the meaning of the text. This transformation is reciprocal and symmetric. - IEML semantic circuits can be read in any natural languages - IEML semantic circuits are members of a group of transformations.
