Book excerpt: An alligator jumping into a lake is swallowed mid-leap by a large fish, which has emerged out of the lake. All the while the surrounding landscape morphs into a congregation of alligators one of which swallows the large fish. That alligator sprouts wings, and flies towards a distant volcano, which erupts, filling the page with a cloud of smoke.
